Had a chance to sit down with Carson King at Goldie's Ice Cream Shoppe in Prairie City, Iowa. We first met Carson via Instagram Live days after his College Gameday fundraiser went viral. The beer fund that started as a lighthearted joke would go on to reach 3 million dollars after matching donations from Anheuser-Busch and Venmo. Carson chose to donate the money to the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital to assist patients and their families.
This was a great chance to catch up with Carson and learn about how he's turned one great charitable act into a career.
